Ron came out to our place this morning to look at a clog, complicated by our sharing a pipe with the condo above us. He was courteous, prompt, thoughtful and kept the space very clean. Hill and Hill Plumbing did a great job replacing my 20 year old water heater. Shannon was very accommodating with scheduling. First, I needed them to come out and get the old water heater removed. Second, I needed time to fix the rotten shelf it was sitting on, and to fix the drywall that had to be cut open so the plumber, Ron, could fix the leaking and corroded pipes behind the wall. Third, once the repair work was completed, Ron came back and did the new install. Everything is good. Permits pulled and passed Venice inspection. One additional item. After using the new water heater for a few days, I felt the water was not hot enough. I called Hill and Hill and, Shannon responded quickly to send Ron out the next morning to raise the internal thermostats. Thank you.

I had the best experience with Hill and Hill who promptly came to check out a slow water leak. Ken arrived about an hour after our call. Ken to the time to thoroughly inspect all possible locations. He discovered the leak was between the meter and our house. The next morning Ken was here at 8am to put in a new waterline. Ken was fantastic as he was courteous, prompt and communicated all the details…

I contacted Hill’s Kitchen & Bath based on a review on Next Door in my community. The review raved about Seth (Owner, GC and designer), how organized the project was from quote to finish, the terrific communication that took place throughout the job etc. I couldn’t agree more! I had my Master Bath completely renovated (removing soaker tub) and installing walk in shower, new vanities, lights….the whole deal. We were provided a day by day itinerary of what was going to happen and, guess what….the itinerary was stuck to!!! The job was completed on time and on budget. I was so impressed with everything about the job, that six weeks later, Seth was back for my guest bath. It too, now is beautiful! What a pleasure to work with this Company. Thank you, Seth, for your professionalism, with a sense of humor, thrown in.

Seth Hill does quality work, not just in plumbing. I had mirrors removed from one wall in my master bedroom, drywall, recessed lighting, an overhead fan installed, and a closet redone and painting closet and bedroom. This was while I was away from my Florida home. Seth kept me well informed with pictures and status. I kept adding work because I knew I’d get a 1st class job, He installed a new water heater, a new faucet and a new electric panel. You can have peace of mind with his work.

I can’t sat enough about Hill & Hill Plumbing. My father recommended I call them and that they provide great service. He was absolutely right. I spoke with Shannon about scheduling a new water heater being installed and she had the sweetest and most professional phone etiquette. Our service technician was Travis and he was professional, very polite and did a great job. We have some old rugs that we use in our bathroom and there was a little bit of rust that had leaked out of the damaged water heater. He was so apologetic. I told him it was fine and I meant it. I was able to clean it right up. Again they were old rugs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. From the first call to the finished job, I am very pleased and would also like to state the the pricing was very reasonable for the time and work that took place doing this job.
