We cannot say enough good things about your employees and company!

In today's climate, it is hard to find great work ethics. We have used your company in the past and had Nick, who was fantastic! This week we had the pleasure to experience 2 more of your employees, Tim and Andrew. From the moment of arrival, they were extremely polite and personable. They took great care in putting on shoe coverings and were very mindful of our home (which I might add is very rare these days!) Andrew was here to help with the moving of the hot water heaters since it was 2 flights of stairs) they both were so careful and even protected all the carpeting with paper taped down (another rarity!) Tim did the plumbing and wiring. He did an amazing job. All of it was done so neatly and with perfection, even wiping down everything. He had a somewhat tight place to work and nothing was disturbed in the process which was amazing.

The girls on the phone on several occasions were also extremely professional and great to work with! Your company’s hiring and training practices reflect what an awesome place it is and a testament to the owners commitment to excellence which again is increasingly hard to find.

Dear Mike, 

Where do I begin to thank you for the support and help that you extended to Dan & myself during the installation of the plumbing at our new home? 

I had to deal with many sub contractors duing the installations. Every one made promises and set times for appointments, but no one kept to the schedules, except for Hill & Hill. Every day like clock work, a couple of minutes early, the Hill & Hill van would pull in and the Plumbers were here! 

The other sub contractors would leave site and not return for extended periods of time, but not your men. Up would pull another van or truck, and another plumber would bring the needed supplies or support. 

Your Plumbers were always pleasant, professional, and respectful. Dave, Larry, and "young" Seth were a joy to work with. Of course having you as the Supervisor of this great team made this all possible! 

I have been a customer with Hill & Hill for the eight years I have owned a home here, and always have recommended your company, but now I sing your praises! Thank you Mikey, and tell Seth you are the best!

Today we had a service call from your company. The plumber who came out was Paul. My wife is always concerned about who will come to our house because as you well know there are many idiots working for some of the companies around here (including ours.)

She called me as he was about finished with the job. She was not only impressed with his knowledge and ability, but she was also very impressed with his personality and pleasantness. I appreciate you hiring this quality type of tradesman, not just for my house but also for who comes to Jacaranda Trace.

Gentlemen,

After a cooling off period, just to good to be true, we are happy to finish our promise to Ian. 

When he had finished the work we were so pleased that we told him that we would send a letter stating how pleased we were with all the work that he had done. 

He never wasted a minute, just kept working no matter how much we talked to him. And I can say I like to talk. Everything seemed to have been planned and he just went ahead, measured, fitted, cut, glued and assembled all with no missed movements or strong words. It was amazing how he refitted the piping on the whole wall to look well, at least as well as can be done. Everything just seemed to easily fall into place. 

No matter how many plumbers we have used in the past, including those from Hill & Hill, Ian is outstanding and superior. We would certainly use him for any job we want done including all the planning and recommendations.

You certainly have a great employee.

Dear Mr. Hill, 

I am writing to thank you for the expert work of two of your employees who re-piped our home recently. Their names are Mike and Jim. Our house is an old one in the city of Venice. At every turn of the job, there were problems. Mike's knowledge, patience, and can do attitude was remarkable. Jim was exceptional as well. The limited attic access was the least of the challenges on this job. The walls are too thick for the fixtures we purchased and there are wall supports running horizontally at every three feet. This meant that they could not just drop the pipes down in the wall. The job was much more time consuming than anyone originally anticipated, yet both men worked in a timely and efficient manner. When we had questions, Mike and Jim gave us good explanations as well. They are true professionals. You have every reason to rest assured when these men are on a job. 

As I mentioned to you on the phone, I have told anyone who has heard of our re-piping job that Hill & Hill is the plumbing company of choice in Venice. Mike and Jim are excellent examples of people who take pride in a job well done.
