It is our pleasure to recommend Hill and Hill Plumbing. In May of 2023, we contracted with Hill and Hill Plumbing for a shower remodel for our master shower area. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made.

This is a company that knows how to communicate with their customers from start to finish. The work schedule was adhered to in a most efficient way and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Their personnel are skillful and professional as well.

We would like to especially thank Seth Hill for his patience and also for his great communication throughout the entire project. Seth was on top of all the remodeling continuously and kept us informed as the various steps were completed.

As I complete the first months living in the condo that Hill and Hill renovated for me last year, I want to thank you formally for all that you and Aaron R. did to make the renovation project such a success. Over the course of the past couple months, I've had several visitors whose businesses take them into condos all over the area. Each one has made a comment like "this is one of the most beautiful condos I've seen". Several have been in many of the other units in my building and told me my unit is the best! This is a compliment not just to the execution of the renovation work but also to the efforts Aaron and you put into the design of the project -- helping me make the best choices within my budget.

What I appreciated so much about the project itself was the very professional way that you managed the project. As I may have told you, I'm a professional project manager and have led many multi-million dollar projects around the world, so I believe I'm attuned to what constitutes "best practices" in project management, including strong planning and communication. You and your team did an excellent job in these key management areas.

From the beginning of our project I was impressed that once we'd agreed on the project you presented me with a project plan, by day, for the entire project. And, you held your teams to those dates: the project finished on schedule and budget. Plus, even though I was out of town, you and Aaron communicated with me each day to let me know the status of the work and to address any issues before they could affect the project schedule.

Now that the project is complete and I've been living in my "new" condo for a few months, I've been able to see the quality of the workmanship that went into the project, whether it's how straight the floor tiles are or how well-finished the cabinetry is or how beautifully the countertop was cut and carefully positioned.

We wanted you to know how pleased we are with our completed bathroom renovation.

The day met to discuss the quote for the project we walked away knowing what to expect, what materials would be used, what our options were and what it would cost. In fact, about 95% of the decisions were complete that day. We were pretty sure you would be our choice from the three companies who quoted the project. You surprised us with a schedule....a real schedule that included every day from the beginning to the completion of the project. What really surprised us was the fact that you were right on with every aspect of the job including the day it was completed.

This made it so much easier on us for our daily routines, comings and goings and just everyday life. Your crews were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful of the surroundings and always kept us informed of their progress. The prepping of the house to keep the mess in a centralized location and to a minimum was the best we have ever experienced. Any intrusion of dust or debris was taken care of by the workers every day. The finished product is a real joy. Visitors can't believe it is the same room. WE can't believe it is the same room! Just looking at the room you know the quality is there. Your knowledge of your products was so evident throughout the construction.

Dear Seth,

We just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how extremely pleased we are with our new bathroom. We expected an improvement, but the bathroom is awesome. As we walked into the bathroom we noticed more and more really great features, it was almost like Christmas. Every time we opened something or tried something, it was like opening a present.

The whole procedure was a pleasure, from working with Lisa in the showroom, to picking tile and getting suggestions from you to improve on what we wanted. We really liked the improvements to the smaller bathroom, but you have outdone yourself in the master bath.

Jane and I wanted to express our appreciation for the outstanding job that you and your team did in "gutting" and redoing our master bathroom. From the beginning, as we planned the 'remodel', through the completion, the process went extremely well. We have been through a number of remodeling projects and this was by far the finest effort we have participated in. It came in on time and at the agreed upon cost. This demonstrates you and your company's attention to detail and commitment to excellence!

Needless to say, we have been very impressed with the quality of the sub contractors you used. Their quality of work was exceptional! They all take pride in their work and it shows. Of special note is the work that John did on the all of the bathroom tile, and Gus on the cabinet and carpentry work. They are truly master craftsmen!!!

Thank you for the work that you, your employees, and contractors did for us. We are pleased with the results. The kitchen and Florida room look great and met our expectations. Friends and family have commented that it looks like a new house, bigger and brighter.

As I mentioned to you in person, the quality of the work done by everyone was first class. This included not only the skilled workers but the cleaners as well. Aaron, our project leader did the best job of all. He made a few great suggestions on the design which made the outcome better than we specified. We were kept well informed as to the schedule and who was working in our home every day for many weeks. Every attempt was made to keep the rest of our home as clean as possible given the circumstances.

I was also impressed that the few minor issues, even after you completed work, were taken care of in a few days.

In early July, me and Joanne decided to remodel a small bathroom in our Venice house. We had 3 companies provide an estimate. Seth Hill, who reps for Hill & Hill, came out and looked at what we wanted done and also provided some very helpful ideas. Although Hill & Hill was not the low bidder, we decided to go with them because Seth presented the best professional breakdown of costs and schedule. We then visited their showroom and met Lisa who was extremely helpful in assisting us in picking the vanity, "Water closet", tile, & fixtures. Construction started on time on Sept 8th with Carl showing up early and getting right into it. There was a glitch or two along the way (rusted underground caste iron drain pipe) which delayed the completion date, but when all was said and done, we were extremely happy with the final result!!! Kudo's to the whole Hill & Hill construction team for their knowledge and professionalism. To Carl, the tile guy, the drywall guy, and all the others. They went that extra mile to make sure we were going to be happy. Seth, I want to thank you personally for keeping me informed and quickly answering my many questions sent to you in email. I will recommend Hill & Hill to any neighbor who inquires about this very satisfying remodeling job as well as keeping Hill & Hill at the top of my list for any future construction projects.

Hello Seth,

I want to take minute to tell you how happy we are about the bathroom remodeling projects completed this month.

First let me say that from start to finish, every task was completed on time and done correctly. Just as important to us, everyday we knew who to expect and what to expect. There were no "surprises" from your company or subcontractors. I appreciated all the email and phone calls keeping us "up to date" with the time line that was planned. It made it much easier on us so we could plan our lives around your schedule and not have wait all day until someone showed up.

The skill and professionalism of everyone who worked on the project was outstanding. By the end of the first

week, we felt like part of your family. if we had a question, the time was always taken to explain what was being done and how it was going to function. Additionally, we appreciated the oversight by you almost daily to ensure what was being installed was done correctly and to project specifications.

I would also like to complement the office staff. Everyone was wonderful helping us pick out fixtures and give us ideas. Anytime I'd stop in at the store, someone would greet me right away and make sure before leaving that an idea change or item selection was going to fit our plan and budget.

There is no doubt that any future needs in renovation of plumbing related projects will be done by Hill & Hill. Feel free to share our letter and use it as a reference in the future.

A Job Well-Done

We took a look about the house

And decided we would stay.

We wished to move into a place

That would be right in every way.

This place is good I told myself

But found to my dismay,

The bath contained a monster

That must be hauled away.

The huge tub filled the corner space.

While a long crack stared me in the face

It's got to go, they heard me say.

That useful place we cannot waste

With a tub we'll never use.

Do not fear, my husband said,

We'll take it out with haste.

And so we made up our minds to ask

Hill and Hill, who accepted the task.

They'd done some work for us before

So we knew they would be up to the chore.

Day One found James the plumber

Demolishing the bummer,

To our delight by supper that night

The beast had disappeared...

But as we lifted a glass and cheered

The next big task it's head had reared.

The sheets of moss-green papered walls

Loomed waiting to be cleared.

The dry wall man came and struggled

To strip and peel the stuff

The space still felt like a stone-walled cave

For a big ole' Billy Goat Gruff

The poor man left that afternoon

Muttering under his breath, no doubt

But purposefully on the very next day,

Returned to the frey, knowing now how to wield some clout.

Together with his willing helper

The two determined to win the fight

Both prevailed as heroes do

And the end was now in sight.

The two gallant men at last relaxed

And both put on a smile,

But, I'm willing to venture a sure- to- win bet

That they'll remember that job for a while.

The carpenter came and spent most of his time

Sawing and fitting some bead board in place.

Intrepid craftsman that he was,

He solemnly trudged between garage and workspace

With determination etched on his face.

As the room slowly took shape and the painter arrived

I agonized over the color I'd chosen.

Sure that once on the wall it would forever be frozen.

But, each brush stroke brought to my anxious face

A smile that never lost its place.

When the paint had dried and the carpet went down.

We no longer had any reason to frown.

The plumber returned and the water gushed forth

With significant force, from shiny new faucets, which we'd hoped for, of course.

The long wait was over and Diane came to clean

She wiped and polished leaving the new room agleam

When the masterful crew finally bid us adieu

We tried to absorb the huge transformation.

The lighting was brighter, each towel had its place,

The new mirror reflected the smile on my face.

With no more to do we stood and applauded in mute admiration,

A Good job was done by one and all... The next time we need help we'll know who to call....Our thanks to each and everyone we've met along the way.

Just a brief note to express my gratitude to you, Aaron, and your entire staff. All are experts in their field. The work is quality and the men obviously know their business, all were professional- very polite ,quiet, and neat!! The work was done according to schedule.

Aaron is a true consumer advocate; Aaron was on the job early each morning checking the schedule for the day ,answering any questions I might have, and communicating with the workman of the day. If a question came up during the day Aaron was always available to come over and check every detail. or answer a question.

His suggestions were always welcome and as it turned out "right on ". The kitchen is beautiful!! I receive so many ooohs and ahhhs. People love it but not as much as Katie and I do.
