We have just completed a total replacement of horizontal and vertical cast iron sewer lines in all of our 14 buildings (124 condominiums). This replacement was a multi-year project which spanned from April 2006 until October 2009. The majority of the replacement work was scheduled between May and October each year so as to have a minimum effect on each owner.

The magnitude of this project required the utmost in Scheduling, Workmanship, Supervision, and Coordination with the owners on the part of Seth Hill. Seth was always readily available to assist any owner during pipe replacement in their condo. He was nothing short of excellent in keeping the board of directors advised as to the status of each building during construction, and completed each building on schedule.

His workmen whether plumbers or other subcontracted trades did an excellent job and performed their task in a very professional manner.

I'm Bob S., president of my company. At the present time, our association is undergoing a major plumbing repair. We are replacing all of the cast iron pipes in 24 of our 56 units. The pipes have seriously deteriorated and have cracked, causing severe damage to several units. We under-stand that this is a fairly common problem with cast iron pipes in Florida. We have contracted with H and H Plumbing to do this work.

This is a very large and very destructive undertaking. We are thankful for, and delighted with, the work of H and H. Their owner, Seth Hill, has been a pleasure to work with. Our Condo Association Board of Directors selected Hill & Hill to replace our old and cracking cast iron pipes knowing they have a long standing, solid reputation with the community as it was going to be a large and expensive undertaking. As a seasonal President, new to the area, and not knowledgeable with plumbing issues, provider expertise was of the utmost importance. 

Hill & Hill's Plumbers performance was excellent. I am sure there are many other very capable Plumbers and Companies in the area, but what I did not expect and came as the most wonderful surprise was the remarkable service, and organizational approach Seth Hill and his Staff provide to their projects! 

I was out of state during the two summers it took to finish our project and was kept aware of all activities by Seth and his Team. Unexpected problems and situations arose that needed approval/authorization from either the Association or an Owner. Seth clearly explained the situations, made recommendations, assumed the burden of contacting Owners if needed and if outside support was required he coordinated with them also. 

When you hire Hill & Hill, you get the Complete Package. Everything from a detailed proposal, timely completion thru invoicing was handled seamlessly!! 

I can't imagine living through the responsibility of a project like this without them!

When I was president of my company, we replaced the cast iron pipes under our building with PVC.

We contracted Hill and Hill Plumbing Co to do the work.

Mr. Seth Hill of Hill and Hill Plumbing was responsible for the plumbing work. They did stacks 4 and 6 replacing the cast iron with PVC in all the bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms in 18 units.

The work was done in a professional manner with little disturbance to the rest of the building. The work was done according to contract, in fact ahead of schedule. The workers were friendly and easy to work with.

During this last summer and fall, 2005, Hill & Hill Plumbing Company has done a major stack replacement project in 30 of our units (All units in one building). I can remember all too well the moment we decided we needed to re-plumb all the drain pipes in the north half of our building. I knew what I had to do from an administrative point of view, but I felt that my being an "absentee" President during the actual work was going to be a problem. After all, how comfortable can it be authorizing a several week long major project and know you can't be there to see it all done? What I did remember though were the times your company had worked at Bristol North in the past or even just spent time consulting with us about possible needed repairs. You always patiently took time answering all questions, explaining the process and doing any and all work quickly, efficiently and neatly. 

Although I was still on pins and needles during the repair with a lot of "what if's, your constant phone calls and emails made it easy to visualize the work being done and feel assured that it was "going well". You were available anytime for any concern I had and all the unit owners involved were appreciative of the fact that you responded to them directly as well with any issues with their particular unit. 

At the conclusion of the work, (done on schedule!) I made my final inspection of the building and you and your crew responded to all concerns immediately. I was pleased to have some unit owners in the other half of the building come to me to comment happily about the way your workers conducted themselves and kept the work area so neat. We were also very pleased to see our final bill come in lower than the original amount quoted due to work, that you discovered once the project was underway, did not need to be done. Integrity matters, and I would be pleased to recommend your company at any time.

Thank you for the recent job for our Condo - replacing all THE OLD cast iron with new materials. 

The proposal you presented was very thorough in explaining every detail. You were very accurate with the Bid you presented. With several changes you were under the cost. you met the date to finish the whole project which made the residents very happy.

We liked your method to use the Sleuth process wherever possible. This saved much of our landscape and several trees. It saved the first floor units from more digging than was needed and replacing much more tile and carpet if trenching was used.

This is to tell you what a pleasure it was, working with Hill and Hill Plumbing. Seth Hill the owner was very professional. He went out of his way to take care of every little detail regarding plumbing in our unit. Carpets were covered. Cabinets were removed at a very reasonable price. I was grouchy when we found out our cabinets had to be replaced because they were so old they fell apart. We have been ripped off so many times that we just figured he was just another Florida company looking to overcharge us. This was not the case. We gave him a hard time because we did not want to replace all our cabinets. After driving out there and seeing the old cabinets, we realized he was very truthful about needing to replace them. He never once lost his manners even in the beginning when we gave him a hard time. He hooked up all the plumbing on the exact day he told us they would. Hard to believe, isn't it especially in Florida. 

We found Hill and Hill to be extremely professional. The office staff and his employee's working at the condo were very nice. We found out that they are family owned since 1952. No wonder they have been around so long. They know customer service and quality work make a good business. The association did well to choose them. 

We know they will be around many more years to come. They are "Good People".
